RECEPTIONIST

Yorkton Crossing Retirement Community, a stunning new 79 suite Personal Care and Memory Care community is seeking a warm, hospitality motivated individual to serve as one of our receptionists.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: graciously greeting residents and visitors; answering the telephone and directing calls or messages promptly and effectively; conducting tours to prospective residents and/or their family members; performing clerical functions such as maintaining files, recording and reporting deposits received; and occasionally assisting in the dining room or at events. Strong computer skills including use of Microsoft Excel, Publisher, Word and Power Point, with a desire to serve are essential!

Position: CASUAL with potential for part-time.
Age requirements: Must be at least 18 years old
Able to speak and write in English
