Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager of Hemodialysis In-Centre, the Pharmacist will provide a variety of services required by patients referred to this program affiliated with the Saskatoon Health Region.  The successful incumbent will receive guidance from the responsible Pharmacy Manager.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
Accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists
Other Information

Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.  HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria.

Accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program is preferred.  Hemodialysis and Renal program experience is an asset.  Licensure by the Saskatchewan Pharmaceutical Association with Level 1 prescriptive authority is an asset.

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days, Evenings
In a 3 week rotation: 14 shifts of 8.00 hours
