Summary
SHPI is seeking a customer service focused Retail Customer Service Representative to provide face-to-face & phone support to our customers concerning products & their applications. Your duties will include taking new orders, following up on orders, filing, product research, maintaining the store front, as well as shipping & receiving merchandise. You will also be required to lift & handle products weighing up to 40 lbs. We are looking for a self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision.
Duties
Ability to assess customer's needs & recommend solutions,
Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers in all areas of the store,
Pro-actively build & maintain customer relationships,
Accurate entry, billing, & payment processing of customer orders,
Respond to all customer inquiries in a respectful & timely manner,
Ensure that newly-received product is stocked & put away,
Ensure adherence to SHPI sales policies & procedures, &
Ensure opening & closing procedures are adhered to.
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of retail customer service experience,
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite Programs, as well as E-mail & Internet,
Proficient organization & time management skills,
Strong written & oral communication skills,
Excellent problem solving skills,
Existing Medical & Home Care product knowledge is preferred,
Specialized experience with Ostomy, Skin, Wound, & Continence Care is an asset, &
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Salary will be based on qualification & experience & will include a complete company benefit package with an available annual performance bonus.
