Mainline Chrysler is looking to hire an accounting assistant. The position is full time (40 hours per week) and will include benefits.
Key Responsibilities for this position include: -Accounts Payable
-Accounts Receivable
-Reconciliations & Adjustments
-General administrative support
Education & Experience:
-An accounting degree/diploma or at least 2 years experience in a similar position
-accounting experience in a Chrysler dealership would be considered an asset
-Experience working with accounting software
-Experience working with Excel
Skills & Abilities:
-Excellent communication skills
-able to work independently & take direction in a team
-able to multi-task and meet deadlines
-able to work well in a fast paced work environment
-able to perform data entry with little assistance
