Description

The R.M. of Lake Lenore No. 399 is seeking a motivated individual to fill the full-time permanent Working-Foreman position. The position will be based out of the St. Brieux Shop, where the successful applicant will report for work each day. The successful applicant shall have a valid Class 1A driver's license. Previous foreman or supervisor experience is an asset.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Report to Administrator each day
- Oversee outside employees
- Be a liaison between Council and outside employees
- Delegate responsibilities/tasks to outside employees
- Coordinate and oversee work projects as requested by Council
- Ability/certification to operate and maintain all municipal equipment
- Oversee day to day operations of municipal workshops
- Ensure RM shops and yards are maintained in a neat and orderly fashion
- Maintain daily log records of activities performed
- Operate municipal equipment when needed
- Maintain equipment servicing records
- Ensure employees have left equipment in a neat and orderly fashion at the end of each work day
- Approve outside employee work hours as per municipal policy
- Any other duties as requested and/or assigned by Council or the Administrator
