Flynn Canada Ltd. is recruiting skilled Roofing Foreman (commercial) in the Regina and other locations across Saskatchewan will be required

Responsibilities include
Recommend appropriate building, construction materials and roofing metal products
Ensure construction plans meet specifications of building codes and regulations
Supervise the installation of commercial and industrial Roofing applications
Oversee assigned crews and ensure that they work in accordance with safety policies
Ensure all on site personnel comply with project procedures, work and equipment maintenance rules
Document all violations, implements and recommend corrective action
Act as company liaison to job superintendents and work crews
Communicate all aspects of job status
Follow-up with on-site problems with area superintendents and field operations manager
Obtain monthly man hour forecast and prepare man hour backlog report
Provide training to more junior level workers

Qualifications Required
Minimum 8 years in commercial Roofing OR completion of a 2 + year apprenticeship program or equivalent
Previous experience in Foreman/woman role is preferred
Completion of secondary school diploma OR equivalent is preferred
Intermediate English skills

Terms of Employment
Permanent FT at 40 hours a week. OT after 40 hours;
$30.00-$40.00/hour, depending on qualifications (starting wage for meeting minimum requirements is $30.00). Salary increase is dependent on annual review;
Extended Medical, Dental, AD&D, Life Insurance, optional RRSP & DPSP with company contribution up to $1500 annually
10% for vacation time
