Accounting Technician
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Accounting Technician to join their team. This would be a full time permanent position here in Lloydminster to start as soon as the right candidate is found.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing of inventory settlements
Reviewing and assisting with purchases, rentals, product registrations
Reviewing and overseeing submissions and funding of finance contracts
Monthly reconciliations and analysis of balance sheet accounts
Review and provide support in the daily processing of AP/AR, Payroll, inventory and bank reconciliations
Assist with financial management of related corporations
Monthly GST returns
Assist with preparation and review of financial statements
Supporting the controller when needed
Perform other duties as requested by Manager
Qualifications and expectations:
Good accounting knowledge
At least 2 years experience
Proficient in excel
Exceptional organization skills
Great attention to detail
Good communication skills
Strong ability to take initiative
