Description

SGO Mining Inc. is a Saskatchewan-based gold producer, engaged in the production, exploration and development of gold mineral reserves and mineral resources. Seabee Gold Operation is located 125 kilometers northeast of La Ronge, SK. Our developing Santoy project is located approximately 14 kilometers east of the Seabee Mill and is a 1000 tpd operation.

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Advisor to work at out Seabee Gold Operation.
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, this position is responsible for providing support to department heads, Managers/Supervisors and employees in all areas of HR. Primary responsibilities include full recruitment support to hiring managers, employee relations, providing expert advice to client groups on all HR related topics, etc.

The work rotation will be either one week on/one week off or two weeks on, two weeks off. The Seabee mine is a fly-in camp operating 365 days per year with flights coming from La Ronge, Prince Albert, and Saskatoon.

The successful candidate will ideally hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Human Resources and will have some directly related experience. Education and experience equivalencies may be considered. The ability to influence and negotiate with others in a collaborative way as well as ensure compliance with all HR-related legislation is required. Superior attention to detail and organization skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with the utmost professionalism
