Description

As the Maintenance Planner, you will provide quality job plans including site preparation, parts requirements, support equipment requirements and resources with the appropriate task sequencing necessary to allow for the efficient scheduling and execution of maintenance work on all site wide equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

1.    Journeyman Certificate; preferably in mechanical or pipefitting
2.    Minimum five years' experience in construction or mining
3.    Minimum 2-5 years Maintenance Planning experience
4.    Scheduling experience an asset
5.    Strong interpersonal skills working with all DMC team and client
6.    Technically competent
7.    Ability to influence without direct authority
8.    Demonstrated leadership and decision making skills. Can effectively pull groups together and coordinate action plans to drive resolution
9.    Can manage evolving priorities and deliver on multiple commitments in a timely manner
10.    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
11.    Ability to adapt to change and help others through the change process
12.    Self-motivated and driven
