Description

Advantage Group of Companies is a contracting and design company, providing full-service construction solutions as well as environmental and consulting services for commercial and industrial clients.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of projects from start to finish. The projects will be no more than 2M in value. The projects will be exclusive to Federally tendered projects and will include but not be limited to construction projects.
You will organize and oversee procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Project Manager will be versed in project methodologies and procedures and be able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciples to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.


Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to
          determine the specifications of the project
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment
          and materials) from start to finish with attention to
          budgetary limitations
Plan all operations and schedule intermediate phases
          to ensure deadlines will be met
Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to
          timely handle inadequacies
Hire contractors and other staff and allocate
          responsibilities
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards
          and report issues
Work with team to ensure all of the above is
           accomplished.
Requirements
Good knowledge of MS Office, G Suite, and Excel
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
