Description

Administrative Duties:
    Prepares agendas, books and organizes relevant department meetings. Take minutes at assigned departmental meetings.
    Compiles and reports data for the detox, residential and intensive programs.
    Distributes registration and program information to appropriate managers.
    Assists with the Intensive set up and bookmaking.
    Maintains electronic copies of program materials to be used in client binders.
    Attends counselor assignment and case management meetings; maintains counselor assignment spreadsheet and tracks caseload.
    Creates and maintains electronic and paper files of lecture and assignment handouts.
    Creates and reconciles attendance sheets, reports absences to primary counselor and the Program Supervisor.
    Creates commendation packages for clients who have successfully completed program.
    Collects and mails client Letters to Self.
    Undertakes other general administrative duties including: photocopying, filing, faxing, collecting and delivering appropriate files to staff, management and reporting agencies.
    Assists with reception coverage, answers phone calls, and provides assistance to clients.  
    Collects and reports client evaluations. Issues client completion certificates upon program completion.  
    Provides administrative services to ensure effective operations for program offerings.
    Responsible for maintaining current departmental policies and procedures.
