Harvard Broadcastings 96.3 Cruz-FM is looking for an Account Executive. Youll represent 96.3 CRUZ FM and develop relationships with Saskatoons most successful business owners while working hand in hand with them towards success in advertising.  Are you driven to succeed?  Are you self-motivated?  Are you creative and fun to be around and do you work well both independently and in a team setting? Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Manage and grow an established list of clients
    Prospect and develop new business  
    Consult with clients & demonstrate an understanding of their industry and business
    Provide top level customer service and custom campaign development
    Manage receivables
    Be an advocate for stations and brands

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

    Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks
    Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
    The drive, passion and enthusiasm that it takes to succeed in a highly competitive environment
    Intimate knowledge of the sales process and client needs in a customer focused environment
    Self-starter that can work independently or in a group setting
    Ability to think creatively and generate original ideas
    A focus on professional development

Essential Requirements:

    Computer proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
    Social and digital media savvy
    Ability to work non-traditional hours
    Must be self-motivated
    Prior sales and/or media experience are an asset
    Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
