Meat cutter - willing to train the right candidate; start date immediately
This job requires heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time. Knife experience is essential. Must be a quick learner and able to work at a fast pace.

- Cut beef, lamb, pork or veal carcasses or sides or quarters of carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting, processing or packaging
