Key Outcomes & Responsibilities:
The Reporting Analyst, Business Intelligence develops and delivers business intelligence reporting solutions to clients from the Enterprise Data Warehouse and from other Concentra applications, through collaboration with stakeholders.
Purpose of the Position:
The Reporting Analyst provides effective delivery of Business Intelligence reporting solutions by designing, developing, implementing and supporting Business Intelligence reports and solutions from the Enterprise Data Warehouse that meet business requirements and IT standards.  You will develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft Reporting Services platform (SSRS/SSAS), Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, Excel PowerPivot and other Business Intelligence tools.  To be successful you will understand dashboard, reporting and analytic needs required by the end user, and create detailed solution definition and design documentation to address those needs.  This will include understanding and converting business requirements and user specifications into reporting solutions to meet client needs by working closely with clients and IT teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions.
We will ask you to prioritize end-user requirements in order to identify and plan development of reporting solutions with an understanding of the underlying data in the Enterprise Data Warehouse as well as the data housed in other Concentra applications and databases.
