Description

The successful candidate will be the market leader for Westburne in Saskatchewan.  You will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Managers, Branch Managers and Sales Representatives to grow both our sales and overall presence in this key market.  

Responsibilities:
As the market leader for Westburne in Saskatchewan, you must be able to:
Successfully manage your team to profitably grow your business and outpace your competition
Design and implement a sales plan that expand on Westburnes customer base and further penetrate existing accounts
Build a dynamic team culture focused on success and positive growth
Lead your business to achieve financial success and also communicate accurate forecast and performance information - you will have full P&L responsibility
Study the market to identify trends, new products and competitive focuses
Negotiate contracts and agreements to drive maximum value for both our clients and for Westburne.
Develop trusted relationships with internal team members, key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues


Qualifications:
A University degree plus a minimum of 10 years related experience at a sales leadership level
A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
The ability to communicate, present and effectively influence at all levels of the organization
Strong business acumen and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Ability to build strategic partnerships and identify potential sales opportunities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead, mentor and coach team members
