Brandt currently has a position available for an IT Administrator in our Regina location. The successful candidate will support a variety of IT projects and will be responsible for several areas including network, security, desktop hardware and software. The IT Administrator is the primary point of contact for our employees for any IT related issues. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with users to resolve problems of varying complexity. Responsibilities include:
Install, maintain, support and repair desktop hardware and software
Administer user accounts across multiple systems
Ensure incoming incidents are categorized, logged and resolved in a timely fashion
Identify and publish internal solutions to problems
Assist in selecting and deploying new technology to support organizational goals and objectives
Proactively learn and train other staff members on new technologies.
Required Experience:
Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related discipline, or a minimum of two years of experience in a related role
Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and theories to non-technical audiences
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Able to manage and prioritize moderate task load
Team player that enjoys a different challenge every day.
