Lead Specialist Security & Fire Systems (SFS01)
Express Employment Professionals is a Staffing & Recruiting agency locally owned and operated here in Regina. Our client is looking for a Lead System Specialist for their Security & Fire Systems area. This individual will work under general supervision, and act as an on-site leader to plan & execute security & fire projects at customer locations.
This role is responsible for the complete installation of hardware design, and software programming using established standards as required. There is a strong customer service component and effective communication skills will be required to discuss all technical and business related issues with customer throughout the project. Manage costs, billings, and collections. As a leader, the successful individual will provide coaching and mentoring on the job to technicians and designers and ensure that all work is performed in compliance with Provincial, Local, and Federal legal requirements carrying out projects with the highest of ethics.
Minimum Requirements include:
Electronics Certification from accredited Technical School, or equivalent military training with 4+ years of related industry experience
Must have related hands-on technical experience in system, design, & commissioning of security systems
Previous training and experience with Fiber and networks as well as working knowledge of Windows & Microsoft programs & databases.
Previous knowledge of project accounting, costing principals etc.
