The Knogler Group is currently hiring for the position of VP of Finance to join the Management Team at our Head Office in Saskatoon.

The Knogler Group is a growth orientated organization of family owned companies with multiple locations across Saskatchewan.  With over 32 years of history we have grown from a strip mall bay in Sutherland to our brand new Head Office and distribution centre in North Saskatoon as well as locations in Prince Albert and Moose Jaw.  We are currently in the midst of a huge expansion of our Prince Albert location.

This position is an integral part of the Management Team responsible for both the accounting and financial management duties as well as contributing to the continued growth of the business.

The position includes responsibility for the overall management of the financial reporting process and financial statements.  This position includes a wide range of duties from reconciling functions all the way to providing key input and analysis on strategic planning for current or new business opportunities.  As the company is in a growth mode this role includes analysis on new locations and acquisitions.  Responsibilities include being the key point of contact with financial service providers and assisting the owners in the management of cash flows.  While this position is significantly comprised of the day to day accounting function it does present the opportunity to be deeply invested in the decisions that drive the success of the business for years to come.

The successful applicant will be a CPA with the years of experience and the demonstrated level of maturity to be a strategic thinker and problem solver.
