Education/Experience:
Must have your grade 12
Experience is not necessary, but is an asset
Demonstrated Abilities:
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written (English)
Possess strong problem solving and decision making abilities
MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) proficiency
Strong organizational skills and a desire to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Capable of working with others, or independently, as the situation dictates
Efficient time management skills
Main Duties:
Receive, analyze, verify and enter data
Data input with Infosys and JDE
Serving customers; inquiries and payments
Keep information confidential
Tank and truck balancing (Daily)
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Organize staff binders and keep training up to date
Take orders for fuel/lubes
Daily bank deposits and errands
Month end inventory
Customer specific spreadsheets (creating & updating)
