Horizon is looking for a senior business analyst with extensive change management experience. This senior resource will participate in changes to business structure and processes; information technology (IT), infrastructure and management; and human resources.
The Senior Business Analyst will be engaged in the Implementation of projects being undertaken that will require changes to current business processes and IT.
As a Senior Business Analyst, the resource will be required to participate as a team member in reviewing, updating, documenting and enhancing the business processes. The resource will bring experience in leading organizational and business changes and improvements, with demonstrated experience in creating and managing a robust strategy and plan and in creating, coordinating and implementing changes. The resource will play an integral and strategic role in organizational success, as they are a key player in helping the business to make informed decisions. They are responsible for managing change and must ensure that deliverables are met and delivered effectively and accepted by all stakeholders.
Duties:
Identify functional areas and articulate them in a comprehensive operational framework with continuous improvement targets to mature the organization
Develop and document business processes to support functional areas; assess current business artifacts; and, identify and prioritize changes
Develop an Organizational Change Management (OCM) plan to reinforce the new operational framework
Create, plan and facilitate meetings and workshops with senior internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior internal and external stakeholders
Develop and execute a detailed communications plan for internal and external stakeholders
Develop training materials and facilitate training for both technical and non-technical audiences
