FCC Management Software experience welcomed
Provide practical and technical support to users of AgExpert Analyst Field Manager PRO and FCC AgExpert.
What you'll do:
Answer customer questions and provide suggestions about AgExpert Analyst Field Manager PRO and FCC AgExpert
Develop and update content for the FCC Management Software Online Community
Promote FCC Management Software during customer calls
Resolve customer issues in a thorough and professional manner
What we're looking for:
Exceptional skills in helping over the phone

Organized multi-tasker who pays attention to detail
Problem-solver with in-depth technical expertise
Strong communicator who builds relationships on customer service
What you'll need:
A degree in agriculture, business or computer science and at least two years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Experience with planning and accounting software, particularly FCC Management Software
