Mr Mikes Yorkton/Regina/Prince Albert is hiring a support role for our office.
Part time 4 week rotation set schedule (34-36 hours.
Reviewing/Entering invoices with accuracy. Filing, and sorting invoices.
Daily Sales data entry using excel. Knowledge of sales reconciliation an asset.
Accounts Payable - writing out cheques, calling in credit card payments, keeping accurate records.
Posting job ads.
Assisting with data entry of payroll hours into Payworks, entering new hires, updating employee hours, completing ROE's, entering stat holiday pay.
Filing PST and LCT monthly.
Assisting in reconciling period financials.
Previous experience an asset but will train the right person.
