Description

The Saskatchewan Roughriders is currently seeking a self-motivated, high performing individual to join our ticketing team! This part-time position will have shifts scheduled on mainly weekdays, rotating Saturdays, all game days, and special events.

Reporting to the Manager, Ticket Operations, the successful applicant will provide information, sales and service to customers on all Rider programs and events, gather customer feedback on products, services and events, and assist in the support of Rider programing.

Major Responsibilities:
- Handle customer ticket inquires and transactions in person, by email, or over the phone
- Ensure high quality customer service satisfaction
- Balance and account for cash and debit/credit receipts
- Organize and distribute will-call tickets
- Other responsibilities based on programs and needs during the season
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:
- 1-2 years experience in customer service focused business environment
- Proficient computer skills, including spreadsheets and ticketing database is an asset
- Experience taking payments in cash or using a debit/credit machines
- Proven ability to act professionally and professionally in responding to customers and problem solving
- High attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills
- Proven communication skills
- Quick thinker and responds positively to changing priorities in a fast-paced, exciting work environment
- Ability to work as part of team and independently as needed
- Availability to work irregular work hours and work schedules and all Rider home games
