*Must be able to work above hours*
* Responsible for general office filing.
* Handle all incoming phone calls,and direct to staff as necessary.
* Responsible for all incoming and out-going mail.
*Handle coffee area for staff and customers, make sure area is clean and stocked.
* Experience in cash handling would be an asset
* Experience with data entry such as accounts payable would be an asset for posting invoices.
*Calling service customers back to inquire how their service at the dealership was.
*Calling customers to remind of next day appointments and upcoming pre-booked appointments.
*Ordering office supplies;coffee supplies.
*Month end duties to be completed in a timely manner.
*Handling all in-coming reception emails
*Knowledge in Excel worksheets
*Handling multi-line phone system
*Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
*More Job duties to come over time.
*Company health and dental plans as well as group RRSP after introductory period*
