Education
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in information technology, management information services, computer science, or a closely related field.
Masters Degree is preferred.
Several successful years of directly related business may be considered.

Experience
Ten years of experience working in the IT leadership role with increasing variety and/or complexity.
Five years of proven project management experience.

Main Duties:
Reporting to the Senior Vice-President of Operations, the Assistant Vice-President of Gaming Services supports the maintenance and development of SIGA's technological gaming infrastructure and software, by organizing, coordinating and supervising staff in the Gaming Systems unit and managing vendor relations.  The position will work closely with Operations, Marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to support and enhance operating performance.

Responsibilities include establish SIGA's Gaming system strategy and provide clear, concise communication while setting expectations for deliverables: ensure that Gaming Systems business line adds maximum value to our organization in order to facilitate the success of our casino operations; evaluate new technologies for feasibility and implementation posibilities; lead and direct the implementation of new IT systems, internal and external, processes and policies; responsible for formulating, managing and accessing the IT budget and the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the department; Application Administration and Process Management; Quality Assurance/Analysis/Reporting; Application Support and Performance Monitoring; Effective management of resources and projects activities as required.
