We are looking for a dynamic, personable go-getter to join our Sales team in Oxbow, SK. Working as part of a team, you are responsible for the sales to and relationship with territory customers by promoting Nelson Motors and Equipment as a market leader in the supply of products, services and solutions to the related industries we serve. You work towards targets and goals ensuring profitability in your assigned area.
As the perfect addition to our team, you have:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with multiple personality styles
High level communication skills able to adjust language, speed and tone to meet the audience
Knowledge of relationship selling and the selling process
Basic financial understanding and able to interpret sales reports
Professional, organized, detailed and results driven
Qualifications:
1+ years agriculture equipment sales experience
Knowledge of agricultural and turf equipment; farming or operational practices
John Deere product knowledge and the value-added features a definite asset
Tech savvy able to use standard applications such as Google and Microsoft Office on laptops and tablets
Ability to work flexible hours
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
