Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary Turnaround Administrative Assistant in Belle Plaine, SK. To qualify for this Turnaround Administrative Assistant role, you must have experience with SAP or Oracle, be able to work independently, and experience within the busy office environment. Our client provides a friendly environment and training.
Turnaround administrative assistant duties:
- updating list of available Trade Contractors and Employees
- Record minutes for all Maintenance Department meetings
- Log employee timecard into the system
- Handling Office Supplies
- Daily trouble shoot of office equipment
- Prepare documents related to performance and presentations
Turnaround Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- High school diploma and a certificate in Administration or Accounting
- Experience with SAP and/or Oracle
- At least 3years experience
- Must be able to pass background check
