As a server your primary focus will be to provide professional, knowledgeable, friendly, food and beverage service to all guests in a timely manner and according to the East Side Marios steps of service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Interact with guests and suggest items that meet their needs and will enhance their experience
    Deliver an excellent guest experience
    Process guests orders and payments in a timely manner
    Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    Must have Provincial Responsible Alcohol Service training
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Energetic and self-confident with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
    Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
    Thrive on working in a fast paced environment
