JOB DESCRIPTION

-Marketing and lead generating.
-Prepare all listing materials
-Consult & coordinate with agents, sellers, and lawyers in regards to appointments, open houses, signing documents etc.
-Coordinate showings & obtain feedback
-Provide proactive weekly reports to clients
-Input all listing information
-Submit all necessary documentation to office
-Input all necessary info into client database
-Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, lender etc.
-Coordinate the preparation of all listing & open house flyers, graphics, signage and all other marketing materials.
-Hold agent(s) accountable for all appointments, deadlines and lead generation activities.
