Location: Manitou Beach/Saskatoon
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure all camp facilities (grounds, buildings, vehicles, large and small equipment) are properly maintained.
- Support Camp Manager with short and long term planning to ensure maintenance, safeguarding and financial accountability.
Duties include:
- Assist Camp Manager to develop and implement annual and multiyear capital purchases and facility operating plans
- Ensure effective onsite oversight of facility projects, costing and purchasing procedure, asset and inventory tracking, and accurate documentation for facility related items
- Perform required building inspections, safety requirements and maintenance tasks on facility
April to October Camp Season
- Coordination of annual facility start up and shutdown processes
- Provide training for temporary summer staff
- Reside at camp to perform start up, ongoing, and shut down processes, provide rental groups access, and assist Camp Manager in emergency situations

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Building Systems Technician diploma  or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience
- Valid Drivers License and use of personal vehicle
- Property building maintenance  3 to 5 years such as small carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing repairs;  janitorial; vehicle and equipment maintenance;  fire, safety, and emergency systems; working knowledge of heating, A/C, boilers
- Pool Operators Certificate  willingness to complete
- Pleasure Craft Operator Card  willingness to complete
- WHIMIS  willingness to complete
- Current CPR 1st Aid - willingness to complete
Skills:
- High level of interpersonal and written communication skill and excellent customer service and problem solving skills
