Express Employment Professionals is a full service staffing & recruiting agency.  We have a great opportunity available with a well-established Commercial Property Management company in Regina.

The successful candidate will be professional, and success driven.   Preference will be given to those with a post-secondary education in Business Administration, Business Management etc. This individual will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and able to work well under pressure, multi-tasking multiple deadlines, and handle high stressed situations.

Duties will include:

Managing a portfolio of properties (commercial and/or residential) on the clients behalf
Ensure properties are well maintained and proper maintenance procedures are followed
Annual Budgeting
Overseeing the duties of building operators and maintenance teams
Recognizing and addressing problems in a timely manner

Software Experience:

Yardi or similar property management accounting software
