Description

The Estevan Eye Clinic is currently looking for a full time frame order desk/lab edger to join our dynamic team!  This position is to cover an extensive maternity leave and would be full time Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00 p.m.  Experience preferred, but willing to train the best candidate for the position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Ordering lenses and frames from suppliers
-Edging corrective lenses into patients' frames
-Assist with lens inventory management
-Complete adjustment and minor repairs to patient frames
-Answer phones when needed
-Coordinate marketing needs for the clinic on a monthly basis
-Assist patients in frame and lens selection

Job duties will expand with experience.

-Organized/detail oriented, and have excellent time management skills
-Ability to follow through on a task with consistent performance
-Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software packages
