Primary accountability to the store manager for the execution of customer service, sales strategies and initiatives of their department.
Key Responsibilities:
--contribute to sales growth through business driving initiatives and merchandising excellence
--develop short term business plans that support sales driving opportunities
--lead and facilitate training programs and initiatives for the department
--identify merchandise opportunities and action with the store management team
Experience:
--Demonstrated leadership
--Proven communication and motivation skills
--1-2 yrs Supervisory experience in a busy, high sales environment
