The position requires a reliable conscientious person capable of providing quality care for Seniors, while providing a safe and comfortable home-like environment. Includes working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - 12 hour shifts. One 8 hour day of assigned duties on Monday every 2nd week. Personal Care homes are governed by Sask. Health's operations procedures. Previous experience working with seniors preferred. Ability to make choices, decisions and act in the residents and managements best inerest ae required. Providing leadership to residents and fellow staff members, maintaining a positive role model for all staff.
Salary commensurate with experience.
