Flaman Group of Companies is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Grain Cleaning team in Saskatoon in an administration role as an Administration Manager. This is a Maternity leave contract with the possibility of a permanent extension. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Administration Manager supports the department by maintaining the organization and co-ordination of operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This position also performs accounting duties.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Operations manager and store personnel.
Accounting duties including accounts payable and receivables, invoicing and sales orders
Verify, enter and maintain assigned inventory into the Flaman program.
Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail and phone calls.
Manage, file and store, store documentation.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in an Administrative role preferred.
Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices.
Skillful with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point).
Attention to details, resourceful and flexible.
Proven organizational and time management skills.
