Macro Properties is currently seeking a talented and skilled Cleaner for North Battleford, SK. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning residential buildings or hotels with excellent attention to detail! We are seeking an individual who is team players, able to work under tight deadlines and has a positive attitude.
In this role, you will be expected to:
Clean residential buildings: responsible for ensuring rental units are clean and move-in ready
Operate carpet steam cleaner on carpets including units, hallways and stairwells
Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
Clean and disinfect public areas such as hallways, front lobbies and elevators
Pick up debris and empty trash containers
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of laundry rooms: empty waste containers, refill salt in water softeners, replace light bulbs in fixtures
Other duties as assigned
Specific Skills
- Wax and polish floors
- Wash windows, walls and ceilings
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
- Sweep, mop and wash floors
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers
- Handle and report lost and found items
- Dust furniture
- Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
- Distribute clean towels and toiletries
- Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen fixtures and appliances
- Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
- Make beds and change sheets
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- Provide basic information on facilities
- Clean changing rooms and showers
