Powerland is looking for an Information Technology (IT) Support Technician to join our growing Regina Team. We are a Winnipeg based company providing IT infrastructure and managed services to businesses across Canada. We are looking for a talented, self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong technical ability to join our Regina team. RESPONSIBILITIES

Powerland requires an IT Support Technician to support IT Infrastructure systems and personal computing devices across our clientele. This includes installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and repairing client computers, networks, printers and associated software. This work is normally performed over the phone with occasional on-site client visits.

QUALIFICATIONS

3 years experience with IT infrastructure support, implementations, upgrades, migrations, repair and troubleshooting

PC / Windows systems experience is required
Macintosh / OSX systems experience is an asset
Strong customer service mindset
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Strong work ethic
Passionate about technology
Quick learner
Industry certifications related to the above are a definite asset
