Description

The Manager, Adult & Information Services is an integral member of the management team who is directly responsible for leading borrower services and check-in as well as targeted services and programs, and the use of library public spaces for adults at the Central Library, across Saskatoon Public Library (SPL), and in the community.

The Manager, Adult & Information Services oversees services such as programming for adults, partnerships with community agencies, organizations and schools that serve adults at all SPL locations and within the community, and borrowing services for adults. This position is responsible for all aspects of patron-employee experiences within the Adult and Information Services departments of the Central Library, including resolving sensitive patron matters. The Manager, Adult & Information Services is responsible for assessing the use of public spaces and programs and services by adults, suggesting improvements and implementing approved changes.
