The IT Department is seeking an experienced Technical Development Manager who will be responsible for coordinating and delegating the responsibilities of the internal development team while also providing senior-level technical skills to the organization. This roles primary function is to oversee the day-to-day functions of the team and ensure a consistently high level of quality in the development deliverables through the creation and application of coding standards, common tools and guidelines. They will guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery and provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship; developing and enforcing good practices and habits. They will collaborate with representatives from other departments, business analysts and the development team to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain cloud, web- and desktop-based business applications built primarily on Microsoft technologies.   .NET, SQL and Oracle skills and knowledge are required.
