Part-time or Full time or Commission based depending on right candidate.
If you have community connection, can refer prospective clients for referral fees, that is an option as well.
The ideal candidate should have passion to sale new homes and work part-time or full-time with base and commission based system.
Required to work on Weekends and Evenings and flexible to meet customer satisfaction.
Previous home related sales experience is highly desirable.
