The SeedMaster Internship Program is an intensive one-year program that attracts the brightest, most driven individuals who can take on various duties in the majority of our business departments. We are seeking out individuals with a wide variety of skills that will not only make an impact during their internship, but could be converted to a full-time hire.

Job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
    Working with the team on the manufacturing floor to help assemble machines and assist with PDI inspections
    Assist with the annual company inventory process along with other warehouse staff members
    Work alongside our Sales staff to help manage growth in their territory, providing agronomic expertise and technical advice
    Assist with data entry and paperwork as required
    Develop and demonstrate an understanding of each function through cross-functional exposure by working with individuals in each department

Qualifications:
    You must be a recent graduate from a University Agriculture or Business-related field
    Experience or background in the Ag industry would be an asset
    Able to work as part of a team or independently
    Strong communication skills
    Analytical thinker and consider yourself a strong problem solver
    Proficient in MS Office
