WHO WE ARE:
ICR Commercial Real Estate provides Property and Asset Management Services to a wide variety of commercial and residential property owners and condominium developments. We are an established company that is rapidly expanding our base of clients and services. We are searching for a highly motivated individual who can utilize their skills to provide maintenance support to our clients and junior maintenance staff.  

WHAT'S THE POSITION:
The Site Operator will be responsible for the building inspections, site checks and cleanup, provide access to trades, communication with Property Managers and maintenance of ICR managed properties in a responsive and professional manner.  

The successful candidate will report directly to the Manager of Maintenance.  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Complete regular building inspections and site cleanup.
Coordinate access with trades.
Complete work orders as required.
Communicate onsite issues to Property Managers
Experience or knowledge of building components and building maintenance an asset.
Must be physically fit and a willingness to work outdoors if required.
Well organized, works independently with minimal supervision and is mechanically inclined.
Customer focus and strong communication skills.
Must have basic computer knowledge and be familiar with email/texting
Valid Class 5 Driver's license
