Promotes, sells and secures new accounts for the company
Assign sales representatives to duties make working time schedule
Prepares and communicates price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates, and service obligations to customers.
Supervising all sales representatives in execution of daily tasks and to maximize sales.
Recruit, and train new sales representative if needed.
Informs company of competitive prices, products and area-related information.
Prepare monthly, semi-annually reports as needed.
Must possess the necessary knowledge to be able to explain the differences in cabinet lines to the customers.
Able to keep customers clearly informed of the next step at all times and meet our customers expectations with timely responses.
Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
