Multiplayer World, Corp. is looking to expand our testing team. As a member of our team you will help to assess stability of our flagship products, as well as provide high-level customer service support.
We are seeking an energetic, self- motivated individual, with a passion for innovative software. The ideal individual will have exceptional attention to detail skills and possess a flare for customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Test software development before updates go live
Help desk support
Client care and training
Create and manage system documentation
Create and execute testing plans
Recommend software improvements/ prevent regressions
Assist in risk assessment
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous software testing experience is required
Experience with CSS and HTML is an asset
Demonstrate an analytical mind and critical thinking when solving specific tasks
Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot and fix issues
Must have proven verbal communication skills in English along with the ability to produce high quality documentation in English
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
Applicant must be in located in Regina, Saskatchewan and will work on premises at our Regina, Saskatchewan location.
