SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor for the Aroma Resto Bar at the Radisson Hotel in Saskatoon.
Reporting to the Director Food & Beverage, the Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for assisting in the management of a full-service Restaurant, In Room Dining, and Lounge.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain warm, hospitable guest relations in all guest contacts
- Understand key financial data and strive to meet or exceed budgeted goals in sales and profit margins
- Provide and support a fun, up-beat yet professional environment where Associates receive regular performance feedback and are trained to provide exceptional service
- Prepare and review orders and complete monthly food and beverage inventories
- Assist with scheduling as well as completion and approval of payroll
- Assist with associate performance reviews
- Assist in the operation of the POS system, including the input and change of menu items
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Education & Qualifications:
- Minimum of (3) years experience in a restaurant supervisory position
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and revenue generation is an asset
- Ability to build working relationships with associates and other teams within the hotel
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Adaptable to changing situations and ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays as required
