Requirements:
             Friendly and customer service focused
             Reliable
             Professional appearance
             Able to multi-task and work under pressure
             Excellent telephone skills
             Strong computer knowledge
             Clerical Duties/Organizational Skills
Responsibilities:
             The Sales Department Greeter welcomes customers and determines the nature of their visit.
             Answer initial questions from the customer.
             Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting, or introduces the customer to a sales representative.
             Obtain and record basic demographic information about each customer, using dealership sales control system.
             Hands out brochures and other information to customers.
             Answers basic customer inquiries and refers more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person.
             Serves as telephone back-up.
             Serves as clerical back-up.
             Other duties as assigned.

If you excel in the position, there are performance bonuses available.

While experience in the industry is appreciated, it's not necessary for this position. We just want someone who shares our passion for customer service and transparency.

This is a permanent part-time basis - with the strong possibility of leading to full time.
