The Assistant Daycare Director will understand child specific programming, lesson plan structures, including the implementation, assessment, and reporting of such programming plans.
The Assistant Daycare Director should have completed some behavior training with a focus on infant and toddler behavioral patterns, and developmental stages.
The Assistant Daycare Director should have previous supervisory experience in a subsidized and licensed daycare with more than 30 children.
The Assistant Daycare Director should be familiar with the licensing requirements and the monthly protocols involved with subsidy requirements.
