Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for driving the entire administrative sales cycle from receipt of order to invoicing, while providing outstanding service to customers.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

*Be a positive representative of the company and its brand by conducting oneself with the highest degree of professionalism, integrity and respect
*Maintaining good relationships with new and existing customers by understanding individual customer needs and requirements
*Identification of areas of improvement on how to better accommodate new and existing customers
*Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
*Respond quickly and courteously to customer inquiries or concerns
*Accurately capture and maintain customer information
*Processing of customer credit applications in a timely manner to facilitate the sales process
*Receipt and processing of customer orders taking into consideration each customers unique requirements (pricing, shipping terms, etc.)
*Work with operations personnel to properly communicate hand-off details that will allow them to coordinate and manage customer orders (preparation of shipping documents, attendance at meetings, etc.)
*Processing of customer invoices based on sales order data entry
*Utilizing customer relationships to collect on outstanding accounts
*Assist the sales team as needed
*Work with team members collaboratively and cooperatively to achieve goals

Qualifications:
*2-3 years previous inside sales experience
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities
*Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
*Experience with QuickBooks
