Description

Key Outcomes:
This position is responsible to support the overall function of the Registered Plans department by providing administrative assistance to staff including:
    Assisting with product manuals and forms: formatting, working with templates, printing and filing updates to Legislation/Support/Training manuals
    Reviewing assigned websites on a scheduled basis
    Participating in compliance reviews of specimen plans
    Maintaining department Outlook folders; processing inbound and outbound mail/courier packages; maintaining supply inventory and ordering as required
    Scheduling of  monthly department meetings as well as recording and circulating meeting minutes
    Maintaining and updating Procedures Manual
    Provide support in the preparation and delivery of Training Webinars and Material
    Completing expense reporting for department staff
    Filing updates to subscriptions
    Preparing incoming Invoices for approval
