Description

The Accounting Clerk will support the Accounting, Sales, Service, and Parts Departments for all CWHC locations.  The position will be responsible for data entry and clerical support pertaining to the daily dealership operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    Responsible for accurate data entry for accounting functions such as auditing and processing Concur expenses, reconciliation and payment of invoices, collection and receiving of accounts, and preparation of bank deposits.
    Support the dealership payroll processes by entering payroll hours accurately and timely.  
    Record and input data in ASPEN.
    Send out monthly accurate customer statements timely.
    Post all CLAAS Parts invoices.
    Support Warranty processing and reconciliation.
    Track all CWHC fleet vehicles on JPL in excel and the reconciliation of related fuel receipts.
    Interact with internal and external vendors as required.

OTHER FUNCTIONS
    Administrative support as required e.g. phones, mail, greeting customers, etc.
    Other projects and reporting as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS
    Knowledge of general accounting and business practices and well as previous A/P and A/R experience, desired.
    Proven ability to keep confidential data, maintain professionalism, and perform under pressure as well as the ability to display high degree of judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
    Ability to multi-task and follow through with defined tasks.
    Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and orally.
    Strong team member mindset.
    Good organization and time management skills with a willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet deadlines.
    Strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as detail oriented.
    Proficient computer use including Microsoft Office suite as well as the ability to learn new software programs.
    Ag related Industry experience preferred, not required
